Last week was an impressive week for Mid February. Overall demand and sales volume jumped 6.5% and 12% respectively from the week prior.
The luxury market saw the highest number of contracts signed in over 9 months!
Inventory is still tight. New listings fell 20% week-over-week while overall supply remained flat.
